This policy explains how Maison Luné ("we", "us"), a beauty salon based in Paphos, Cyprus, collects and uses your personal data through the Maison Luné mobile app. We respect your privacy and handle your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Account details — your name, email, phone number and birthday.
Preferences — your favourite technician, coffee preference, allergies and notes you choose to share.
Loyalty activity — the diamond stamps you earn and redeem on your visits.
Nail photos — pictures of your nails that the salon adds to your private gallery, with the service and colour used.
Gift cards — the recipient name and email when you send a gift card.

How we use your data

To run your diamond loyalty programme and show your progress and history.
To let you book appointments and personalise your visit.
To create and email gift cards you send.
To contact you about your account or bookings.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our service to you and your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers only to operate the app:

Supabase — secure database, authentication and photo storage (hosted in the EU).
Fresha — appointment booking, opened from within the app.
Resend — delivery of gift-card emails.
Apple — "Sign in with Apple" if you choose it.

Storage & security

Your data is stored in encrypted form and protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own information. Salon staff can see only what they need to serve you.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your personal data, loyalty history and photos. You can also email us to request deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@maisonlunebeauty.com.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 16.

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
